When developing a website, we believe in making sure the user experience is seamless on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Generally, the user-experience is solved in our scope, wireframe, and design phases but it’s important that we revisit this and make the necessary updates needed in the final website development phase.
Our website development undertakes best practice for code and our websites are built using either WordPress or SilverStripe CMS platforms. We do not use templates and develop all websites using our own customised CMS framework. This framework allows us to develop with the highest code standards, which means your website is easy to transition from us to you.
Once the website is live we offer onsite training to teach your team how to update key pages that may need to be updated.
We offer premium website hosting to our clients to help protect your websites from experiencing any hiccups. Now, it’s the wild, wild west, so anything can happen with your sites, but through opting into one of our website hosting packages, we can make sure that we are first notified of something happening and then, work as fast as possible to resolve the issue.
Whilst our websites are yours once we have built them (and you have paid as for our work), we don’t just leave you on your own, we are here to help. Some clients need a lot of updating and attention and we have the team to do that, others just need help from time to time. Whichever it is, our website support team will be able to update your website as needed.
We believe that all websites need support and even if it’s basic support, it’s required. CMS platforms are updated quite frequently if your website is not being backed up, or updated regularly this is where issues can come up. Having basic website support packages, allows you to sleep easy knowing your site is in safe hands.
